Typically used in high wear applications such as print rollers, truck transmission splines, pulleys, etc. Also used for dishwasher racks and solvent wash baskets.
Vinyl:
Used as a lower cost alternative to Nylon, offering good weather, impact, abrasion and chemical resistance. Typically used for department store shelving, closet shelving and outdoor chain link fencing.
LIQUID DIP:
Plastisol:
Direct dip application of the coating material is used for corrosion resistance and a high insulating value; typically applied at 1/8" - 1/4" thickness. Typical applications include electroplating racks, tank linings, plier handles, jigs for tools and fixtures, and small automotive fasteners.
LIQUID SPRAY:
