Electrostatic Powder Coating

Fluid Bed Powder Coating

Plastisol (Liquid Vinyl) Coatings

The 5-Stage Pretreatment System

1Acid etch removes laser scale and light rust from ferrous surfaces.

2Fresh water rinse. Stage 1 & 2 can be bypassed for light-duty parts.

3Iron phosphate conversion coating via buffered wash solution.

4Second fresh water rinse.

5Sealant application acts as rust inhibitor and supports nonferrous substrates.

Dryoff and Inspection

After pretreatment, parts enter an 80 ft. dry-off oven. Inspection stations before and after ensure proper drainage and coating readiness.

Spray Application

A dual-operator spray booth ensures full coverage from both sides simultaneously, eliminating thin spots and improving efficiency.

Curing

An 85 ft. cure oven combines forced-draft convection with infrared boost heating to fully cure even high-mass parts.
